To ensure the success of our business operations and accommodating other clients, we have these policies. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW; CANCELATION Should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to other clients. Cancelations made within, less than the grace period of 24 hours will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee of 30% of original service price. NO-SHOW, where the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the original service price will be charged. This charge is intended to go towards cost associated with the reserved time slot and the lost opportunity to serve other clients. RESCHEDULING; RESCHEDULING when needed, we advise that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We will try to do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date based on AVAILABILITY.
